You only need to be connected on the Eranium Fabric (or simply an ERA-IX member) and have an active connection towards the platform.
Our Marketplace is a list of partners of ERA-IX, that offer their services via our platform. You are able to request a quote if you are a member. Our system will facilitate the initial communication between the member and the provider. The provider will get back to you via the supplied email.
Once you have arranged an agreement, you can establish a connection between your network and the provider's network. Usually this is done via a separate BGP session or via a VLAN.

For ERA-IX members there are no extra costs involved. Of course the agreement you make with the provider is between you and them. There is only extra costs involved for the providers in the Marketplace to be listed via our Provider Program.
First of all you need to be an ERA-IX member and have a physical connection towards the platform. Then you must apply for the Provider Program which comes at an additional cost. It is recommended to connect with a 100G port to prevent congestion.
Services offered via the Marketplace are offered by our partners and not by ERA-IX or Eranium, unless stated otherwise. We simply facilitate a platform to initiate communication between parties.
